Yes, your basic mobile phones work fine at Fambit.

The free-of-charge features of Fambit on the web and do not require mobile connection. Optional features like Mobile Reminder (available globally) and Kidfinder ( at this moment available in Finland only) bring Fambit to mobile. Both of these features work well with the most basic phones and without mobile data plan.

In case of a basic phone without data plan, verification of the mobile phone number (and equally granting location permission in the Kidfinder) should be done on the PC browser instead of clicking the "accept" link in the text message sent by Fambit.
