You can go to your personal Settings (the link is located at the top right of the page) and on the bottom of the Settings page there is a link labeled "Removing me from Fambit.".

Please note that if you are the family's only administrator, you cannot delete your account: you need to either make another family member an admin, or remove your whole family. That is done from the Family Settings page (link can be found on the Administrator Tools -widget on the left sidebar).
